1. Our commitment
J & R LANDIS ENTERPRISES, LLC is committed to making https://plrdirect.com accessible to people with disabilities. Indoor air quality matters most to people with respiratory conditions and reduced mobility, so an inaccessible website would shut out the very customers we exist to help.
2. Standard we aim for
We work towards conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium. These guidelines are the benchmark referenced in connection with Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act.
We consider this site to be partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA: most of the site meets the standard, and the known exceptions are listed in section 4.
3. Measures we have taken
- Semantic structure — headings run in a logical order, landmarks identify the header, navigation, main content and footer, and lists are marked up as lists.
- Keyboard access — every interactive element, including the service carousel, the mobile menu and the cookie banner, can be reached and operated without a mouse. A "Skip to main content" link is the first item in the tab order.
- Visible focus — a high-contrast focus ring is shown on every focusable element and is never suppressed.
- Colour contrast — text and interface colours were chosen to meet the 4.5:1 ratio for body text and 3:1 for large text and interface components.
- Colour is never the only cue — form errors are announced in words as well as colour, and required fields are labelled.
- Text alternatives — meaningful images carry descriptive alternative text; decorative images are hidden from assistive technology.
- Forms — every field has a visible, programmatically associated label; errors are linked to their field and announced through a live region.
- Reduced motion — the airflow animation, the rotating service seal and smooth scrolling all respect the
prefers-reduced-motionsetting. - Responsive and resizable — the layout works from 320 px upwards, reflows without horizontal scrolling, and supports text resizing to 200% without loss of content.
- Device independence — nothing on the site requires a specific orientation, a precise gesture or a hover to reach its content.
4. Known limitations
We are honest about where work remains:
- Third-party embeds. Where map or review widgets are embedded, their accessibility is controlled by the provider. We choose accessible providers where a choice exists and offer the same information in text.
- Older documents. Any PDF estimate or report issued before this statement may not be fully tagged for screen readers. Ask us and we will supply the same information in an accessible format at no charge.
- Photographic detail. Alternative text describes what a photograph shows, but cannot convey every detail of a technical image. Call us and we will describe anything you need.
5. Assessment approach
This site was evaluated by internal review, combining automated testing tools with manual keyboard-only navigation and screen reader spot checks. We re-test after any significant change to the site. We have not yet commissioned a formal third-party audit.
6. Alternatives — we will always help directly
If any part of this website stops you from getting what you need, you never have to fight with it. Call +1 (380) 213-5043 or email [email protected] and our team will take your details, give you a quote and book the visit for you. There is no charge and no difference in price for booking this way.
7. Feedback
We welcome reports of accessibility barriers. Please tell us the page address, what you were trying to do, and the browser and assistive technology you were using — that detail helps us reproduce the problem quickly.

We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within 3 business days and to give you a plan and timescale within 10 business days. If our first answer does not resolve matters, ask for it to be escalated to a company principal, who will review it personally.
8. Service delivery
Our commitment extends beyond the website. Tell us in advance about any access needs at your property — a technician who must announce themselves differently, a preference for written rather than verbal explanation, or extra time to reach the door — and we will note it on the job and brief the crew.
